PracticeHub is an all-in-one clinic platform designed specifically for chiropractors. It provides a comprehensive suite of tools to streamline and enhance the management of a chiropractic clinic. They are geared towards making the management of chiropractic clinics more efficient and effective, ensuring that practitioners can focus on providing the best care to their patients while the platform handles administrative and routine tasks.

The Problem

Chiropractors face challenges in managing their busy client base and need an efficient way to onboard new clients. They require a user-friendly system to streamline scheduling, treatment notes, and billing, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional patient care.

The Goal

A user experience redesign and UI improvement that will align with their new branding direction, revamping the website, web app, and mobile app. This comprehensive update will enhance visual appeal, streamline navigation, and ensure a cohesive and modern look across all platforms, providing users with an intuitive and engaging experience.

Challenges Faced

Accessibility Features

As a niche product in the medical field, I was initially overwhelmed with ideas for accessibility features, especially for emergency situations. To ensure a swift and impactful implementation, I prioritized features that could be achieved within a short period of time and identified those requiring more significant updates.

Limited Users for Research

Due to a small number of users, I meticulously plotted a user journey and identified key areas in the onboarding and scheduling process that could cause roadblocks and frustrations.

Improved appointment booking UI for web.
Design the Family Appointment Booking feature.
Improved the mobile app design to match branding direction
Improved user flows and usability by identifying and addressing pain points, leading to a 70% enhancement in key user experience metrics.
